Before your first session

We’ll begin with a consultation call online to connect, answer any questions, and set your intentions. This time allows us to gently check in with what you’re carrying — and where you’re ready to receive support.

During Session

Each session begins with a grounding meditation to center ourselves, release any lingering energy from the day, and open up to receive the healing power of Reiki. Don’t worry if you’re new to meditation- I’ll create a beautiful visualization for us to start our session and make it easy for you to tap into a relaxed state of mind.

Then, I’ll begin intuitively channeling Reiki energy, gently scanning your energy field and sending healing to the areas that need it most. Whether we’re in person or at a distance, the energy flows where it’s needed — always guided by intention and care.

  • In person: You’ll lie fully clothed on a comfortable massage table in a calm, welcoming space. I integrate crystals during our sessions on areas of your body crystals on areas of your body where it benefits your energy the most.

  • Virtual sessions: You’ll rest wherever feels peaceful for you — lying down or seated comfortably — ideally in a space where you won’t be disturbed.

There’s no need to do anything but remain open. Your body and spirit will receive what they need

After Session

After our session, we’ll debrief together. I’ll hold space for anything that came up — emotions, sensations, memories — and share any intuitive messages or guidance I received. You’ll also receive journaling prompts to help you integrate the experience and continue the healing process on your own.

I typically recommend beginning with a series of three Reiki sessions to allow your energy to adjust and begin experiencing the deeper, lasting shifts Reiki can offer.
