Before your first session

We’ll begin with a consultation call online to connect, answer any questions, and set your intentions. This time allows us to gently check in with what you’re carrying — and where you’re ready to receive support.

During Session

Each Reiki session begins with a gentle grounding meditation and guided visualization to help you relax, release stress, and open yourself to healing—no prior meditation experience needed.

I’ll then channel Reiki energy, scanning your energy field and directing healing where your body and spirit need it most. Whether in person or through distance Reiki, the energy flows with intention, care, and precision.

In-Person Sessions:
You’ll relax fully clothed on a comfortable massage table in a calm, welcoming space. Crystals are intuitively placed to support energetic balance and healing.

Virtual Reiki Sessions:
Rest comfortably in your own peaceful space, seated or lying down, without distractions.

There’s nothing you need to do—simply remain open and present. Your body’s natural wisdom will receive exactly what it needs.

After Session

After our session, we’ll debrief together. I’ll hold space for anything that came up — emotions, sensations, memories — and share any intuitive messages or guidance I received. You’ll also receive journaling prompts to help you integrate the experience and continue the healing process on your own.

I typically recommend beginning with a series of three Reiki sessions to allow your energy to adjust and begin experiencing the deeper, lasting shifts Reiki can offer.

This is your time to soften, to receive, and to return to the wholeness that’s always lived within you.
