Hi, I’m Christina - a New York City-based Reiki Practioner, creative writer, and passionate advocate for your healing and transformation.

Growing up in a diverse New York community as a first-generation woman, I’ve always been drawn to the stories that shape us- especially the ones we carry quietly, as those tend to be our biggest challenges and often the most important lessons.

What sets us apart is what makes us beautiful! Our differences are manifestations of living art, and our challenges are invitations to evolve, both emotionally and spiritually.

I’ve always felt everything incredibly deeply- tuned in to the quiet shifts in energy, unspoken words and emotions, the energies of places and people. I’ve easily empathized and felt others' struggles deeply within my own body. For much of my life, I believed this sensitivity was a weakness. But I’ve come to realize that the connection I feel to others is my strength - a powerful gift I’m blessed to have.

I believe healing is holistic- involving mind, body, and spirit - and Reiki is a powerful tool we can all utilize to support that process. Reiki and energy healing have not only allowed me to transform my empathy into service for my community and the collective, but also helped me rediscover my creative voice and reignite my spark. It opened a new world for me - one full of self-love and a renewed sense of purpose. I’m hopeful to provide that same awakening and inspiration to others through this work.

Whether you’re brand new to Reiki or have experienced Reiki healing previously, I’m excited to help you live a more passionate life and inspire the joy that’s always lived within you. I’m here to help you release what no longer serves you, feel empowered and grounded, and remember your worth.
